Trafficking a Sponsorship Campaign

To traffic your sponsorship campaign, you'll need to create an advertiser, insertion order, campaign, and strategy

To begin, click on the “Trafficking” tab on the navigation bar.

Creating an Advertiser

  1. Click on the “New” button on the advertiser page.
  2. You’ll be presented with a pop-up of all relevant advertiser details. You’ll need to fill out the following areas:
    • Name: Enter the name of your advertiser in the drop-down
    • Primary Category: Select the appropriate category from the drop-down. During category blocking, choosing a primary category helps you identify what you’re advertising. On an advertiser level, this also helps you suppress competitive ads.
    • Enter the Primary Domain
  3. Scroll down and click the “Save” button

Creating an Insertion Order

  1. Click on the “New” button to the right of where it says “Insertion Orders
  2. You’ll be taken to a form-like page. You’ll need to fill out the following areas:
    1. Name: Enter the name of your IO
    2. Budget: Mark as Unlimited. This gives you the flexibility to create multiple campaigns at whatever budget you so choose.
    3. Flight Dates: It is recommended to set IO flight dates for longer than the specific sponsorship campaign you are trafficking. This gives you the flexibility to traffic multiple campaigns over time without having to create a new IO each time.
  3. Hit the “Save” button
