Delivery: Line Item Overview

Delivery: Line Item Overview

The Line Item Overview is your one-stop shop for your email campaign monitoring needs. You can review campaign pacing and trafficking details for all of your line items and creatives, inclusive of both direct-sold and house campaign efforts.

The following article will guide you through the Line Item Overview and its capabilities.

Getting Started

This overview is available to publisher clients. If you’re a first-time user, please reach out to your LiveIntent account team to request access to the overview for your account.

To start using the dashboard, go to ‘Campaign Manager’ in the LiveIntent platform. On the left-hand side menu, click the ‘Line Items’ option to navigate to the dashboard.

You can also visit https://portal.liveintent.com/line-items and enter your login details.

Once in the Line Item Overview, you can get a quick overview of your line items’ basic setup and delivery details with a default window of the next thirty days. There is also an option to review a lookback window of the last thirty days.

You can refine the scope of line items appearing in the overview by using the following options within the line item table.

  • Search for a line item, campaign, or advertiser
  • Date selection
  • Filtering options

You have the option to download your view after making your date and filter selections.

The dashboard view will automatically save each time you make changes to the settings (such as column/filter selection, order, and widths). You can bookmark your preferred view in order to easily refer back to it.

Search for a line item, campaign, or advertiser

If you’re looking for a specific line item, campaign, or advertiser, enter the line item name (or ID), the advertiser name (or ID), or the campaign name in the free form search bar at the top of left of the table.

Select a date range

You can refine your view to include past, present and future line items by setting a date range.

To set a date range, click the ‘Calendar’ button labeled ‘Next 30 Days.’ Here you can select a specific date or choose from the following preset options: ‘Last 7 Days’, ‘Last 30 Days’, ‘Last 60 Days’, ‘Last Month,’ ‘This Month’, ‘Next Month,’ or a ‘Custom’ range.

Please note: All performance and delivery data reflects LiveIntent’s log activity. If the line item end date is flighted for a future date, all data will reflect from the selected start date up until yesterday’s date.
