These instructions will help email senders configure their ESPs to share data with LiveIntent. Configuring event data sharing with LiveIntent improves the accuracy and scale of several Monetization, Intelligence, and Addressability products. Different configuration options are available depending on the ESP you use. Advanced ESP Integration

Full instructions: enable Webhook integration

Before starting, you will need a Webhook URL from your LiveIntent account manager. It will look something like the below (exact path may vary and there may be extra parameters):

https://esp-webhooks.privacy-enclave.liveintent.com/webhook-event/sendgrid/{{publisher_id}}/{{unique_alphanumerical}} with {{publisher_id}} and {{unique_alphanumerical}} prepopulated with the specific values for that publisher.

1. In the Sendgrid app, go to Settings on the left menu and select Mail Settings.

2. Click on Event Webhooks. This will bring you to the Event Webhook Management page.

3. Click on Create New Webhook and proceed with the following entries:

• Turn ON Enable endpoint
• Enter the name you want to refer to this endpoint (such as “liveintent-webhook”)
• Enter the URL provided by your account manager
• Select all actions to be posted
• Turn OFF Enable Signed Webhook
• Turn OFF Enable OAuth

Validate configuration with LiveIntent team

4. Click Test Integration.

7. Please notify your LiveIntent Account Manager to confirm that the Webhook was properly set up and you sent a test.
