Analytics Dashboard for Managed Service Advertisers

The Analytics Dashboard is focused on surfacing insights for you with clear visuals and easy-to-use filters.

Getting Started

This dashboard is available to managed service advertiser clients. If you're a first-time user, please reach out to your LiveIntent account team to request access to analytics dashboard for your account.

To start using the dashboard, please visit https://portal.liveintent.com and enter your login details. Once logged in, you will be brought to Audience Manager. Please navigate to the menu button on the top right of the page to locate the dashboard.

 

Dashboard Features

The information presented in the dashboard begins at the account level near the top, and drills down into ad and device-level insights at the bottom.

You can quickly choose to filter the data by date, using one of the quick-select options listed below, or you can set a custom date filter with the calendar tool in the upper, right-hand corner.

  • Last 30 Days
  • This Month
  • Last Month

Heads Up

The data in the dashboard includes campaign data through the previous day. Today's data is not available at this time.

The data presented in the dashboard should be consistent with the custom reports you currently receive from LiveIntent over the same time period. Data from the previous 48 hours is not actualized - if you view the dashboard in the morning and return later in the day to pull a report, data may vary.

 

Dashboard Sections

Performance Overview

This top section shows high-level activity aggregated across the advertisers selected in the upper, left-hand corner.

From left to right, the insights panel along the top includes:

  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Spend
  • CTR
  • eCPM
  • eCPC
  • Total Conversions
  • Post-Click Conversions (PCC)
  • Post-View Conversions (PVC)
  • Conversion Rate
  • CCR (PCC / Clicks)
  • eCPA
  • ROAS
  • Total UPA (User Purchase Amount)

You can select and compare up to two metrics in the graph below the insights panel. You can also use the Attribution Settings dropdown menu to view your performance based on your preferred post-click and post-view conversion windows.

 

Campaign Performance

This section shows performance data broken down at the campaign level for the past 30 days.

  • Search using a campaign name or ID using the search bar in the top, left-hand corner.
  • Filter the campaign list with keywords using the search bar in the top, left-hand corner.
  • Sort the table (ascending or descending) by clicking on any column title.
  • Configure the columns shown in the table by clicking on the icon in the top, right-hand corner. of the table that looks like three vertical bars close to each other.
  • Download the data shown in the table with the download icon in the top, right-hand corner. The report includes data that meets the filters you select.

 

Creative Performance

This section shows performance data for all your creatives.

  • Filter the creative list with keywords using the search bar in the top, left-hand corner.
  • Sort the table (ascending or descending) by clicking on any column title.
  • Configure the columns shown in the table by clicking on the icon in the top, right-hand corner. of the table that looks like three vertical bars close to each other.
  • Download the data shown in the table with the download icon in the top, right-hand corner.

Heads Up

At this time, you cannot break out creative performance by advertiser, campaign, or line item.

 

Device Breakdown  

This section shows the aggregate performance data across devices for the advertiser(s) and the time frame you select at the top of the page and the performance metric you select in the drop-down at the top of this block.  

You can choose to view device-level performance data by

  • CTR
  • ROAS
  • Impressions
  • eCPM
  • Spend
  • Clicks
  • Post-View Conversions (PVC)
  • eCPC

Heads Up

At this time, you cannot break out campaign or line item performance by device.
